When we receive an online order, we fulfill it immediately, unless it's the weekend or not in stock. We usually ship within the same day or 1-3 days. We understand that sometimes delays happen, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible!
Our online store syncs with our in-store inventory. If there is an inventory issue, we will reach out to you promptly to resolve it. We can typically make and ship your product, though it may take a little longer.
**Body Butter Shipping in the Heat:** We are not responsible for butter left outside or in the heat. Thank you for your understanding!
Effective Immediately we have stopped shipping the body butter in the summer. When it gets cooler we will ship it. It's only sold in stores. Bay St. Louis-Biloxi-Ocean Springs. The one exception is we can ship UPS next day. Again, we are not respresponsible if the butter melts.
- UPS Next Day Air Early:.This is the fastest option, ideal for urgent shipments needing delivery first thing in the morning.
- UPS Next Day Air:.This offers reliable next-day delivery by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM for most locations.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver:This is the most cost-effective option for next-day delivery, with delivery by the end of the business day (generally between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM). NOT GUGUARANTEED TO MELT IF LEFT OUTSIDE!
