Billing and Shipping Schedule
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly recurring payments will be automatically charged on the first day of each month using the payment method provided at checkout.
Monthly subscription orders are scheduled to ship on the third day of each month. If the third falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, the order will ship on the next available business day.
Weekly Subscriptions
Weekly subscription orders are scheduled to ship every Tuesday. Your payment will be automatically processed according to your selected weekly subscription schedule before your order ships.
Shipping and delivery times may vary after an order leaves our facility. Tracking information will be provided when available.
By joining, you authorize Bubbly Babes Bath + Body to process recurring payments according to your selected subscription schedule until you cancel.
Product Availability
All Bubbly Babes products are handmade in small batches. Society Members receive priority production, meaning their products are reserved or produced before non-member orders whenever possible.
Occasionally, a fragrance, ingredient, or product may become temporarily unavailable. If this happens, we may contact you to select a replacement, substitute a comparable product, or adjust the fulfillment date.
Surprise Samples and Gifts
A complimentary surprise sample or gift will be included with each successfully processed subscription order. Items may vary based on availability and cannot be exchanged, returned, redeemed for cash, or specially requested.
Custom Orders
Bubbly Babes Society Members will not be charged our standard custom-order fee. If you would like a custom item then please fill out a custom request, this is for a one time custom purchase. Custom products remain subject to fragrance and ingredient availability and may require additional production time. Please read the TERMS on that page!
Birthday Gift
Members are eligible to receive one complimentary birthday gift each calendar year while their membership is active and in good standing.
Please make sure your birthday information is included or updated in your customer account. Birthday gifts may vary and have no cash value.
Shipping
Society Members receive $6 flat-rate shipping on their regular monthly subscription order. Additional purchases placed separately may be subject to standard shipping charges.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your recurring payment is processed. Bubbly Babes Bath + Body is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Changes and Cancellations
You may update or cancel your membership through your online customer account or by contacting us through our website.
Changes or cancellations must be submitted before your next recurring payment is processed. Once an order has been charged and entered into production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Canceling your membership will stop future recurring charges and membership benefits. It will not cancel an order that has already been processed.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment is declined, we will attempt to process the payment again. Your order will not enter production or ship until payment has been successfully received. Repeated failed payments may result in the cancellation of your membership.
Returns and Damaged Orders
Subscription purchases are subject to our regular return and refund policies. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Membership Terms
Membership benefits are available only to the registered member and cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
Bubbly Babes Bath + Body may update membership benefits, pricing, shipping schedules, or these terms when necessary. Members will be notified of significant changes before their next renewal.
