Bubbly Babes Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Bubbly Babes! Our subscription program is designed to make sure you never run out of your favorite handmade bath and body products while saving you time.

Subscription Options

Customers may choose to receive their subscription order:

• Every 2 Weeks

• Every Month

Your selected products will automatically be processed and shipped (or prepared for pickup, if applicable) according to your chosen delivery schedule.

Automatic Billing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Bubbly Babes to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, until your subscription is canceled.

Order Processing

Because all of our products are handmade in small batches, subscription orders are made and processed according to your selected schedule. While we strive to ship on time, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, ingredient availability, holidays, or severe weather.

Updating Your Subscription

You may log into your account at any time to:

• Change your shipping address

• Update your payment method

• Modify your subscription frequency

• Skip an upcoming order (if available)

• Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Failed Payments

If your payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until valid payment information is provided.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, subscription orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for products that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.

Product Availability

We make our products by hand in small batches. If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, we may delay shipment until it is restocked or contact you regarding a suitable replacement. If a product is permanently discontinued, you will be notified before future billing.

Price Changes

Subscription pricing may change from time to time due to increases in ingredient, packaging, or shipping costs. If pricing changes, we will notify you before your next renewal, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel your subscription.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless your subscription qualifies for free shipping under current promotions. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Agreement

By enrolling in a Bubbly Babes subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Subscription Policy, including recurring billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation terms.
